About Dr. Hoffman
Dr. Nick Hoffman is a Florida-licensed chiropractic physician with a clinical focus on the evaluation and conservative management of musculoskeletal and neurologic complaints.He earned his chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in St. Pete, where he practiced before moving back home to Tallahassee. Dr. Hoffman also holds a degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University and has prior clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient spinal cord and acquired brain injury rehabilitation, which inform a structured, evidence-informed approach to neurologic screening, documentation, and outcome assessment in conservative injury care.Dr. Hoffman has completed postgraduate education in acupuncture and integrative musculoskeletal care, along with additional chiropractic training and certifications across multiple adjusting and rehabilitative methodologies.

Referral-based injury evaluations are available with same-day or next-business-day scheduling when clinically appropriate. Expect objective assessment, conservative management, clear documentation, and direct communication with the treating physician. Escalation and specialty co-management are guided by clinical findings, with appropriate discharge or referral when further chiropractic care is no longer indicated.
